About this study

This study looks at whether a drug called leflutrozole can help men with low testosterone improve their semen quality and overall fertility. We're testing three different doses to find what works best and to make sure the medication is safe. If you join, you'll receive the study drug and have regular check-ups to monitor your progress.

Men aged 18–49
Low testosterone confirmed twice
Willing to provide semen samples
No major health conditions
