About this study

This study tests whether a drug called camlipixant can ease the abdominal discomfort that comes with irritable bowel syndrome, specifically for people with diarrhea-dominant or mixed IBS. If you join, you'll receive either the study drug or a placebo, and part of the study may involve trying a higher dose. Taking part means regular visits to the clinic and keeping track of your symptoms.

Ages 18–80
IBS-D or IBS-M diagnosis
Male or female
Willing to visit clinic regularly
