Severe Uncontrolled Asthma Study

This study is testing whether GB-0895, a new add-on treatment, can better control asthma in people whose symptoms remain serious even while using multiple inhalers. It may help adolescents and adults who have had two or more asthma flare-ups in the past year despite taking high-dose inhaled steroids. Taking part involves being randomly assigned to receive either GB-0895 or a placebo alongside your current asthma medicines. Study visits will track how your breathing and symptoms respond over time.

• Ages 12 to 80
• Asthma diagnosis for at least 2 years
• On medium- or high-dose inhaled steroids plus at least one other controller
• Two or more asthma flare-ups in the past 12 months
• Asthma not fully controlled on current medicines
